Peaceful Warrior is drama film (2006) that is based on the novel Way of the Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman a former world champion athlete, who journeys into realms of romance and magic, light and darkness, body, mind, and spirit.
It is story of Dan Millman played by Scott Mechlowicz, and his struggle to make sense of his life in which he is successful but still unfulfilled.
He meets a spiritual guide, an old man who works on petrol station with different approach to life and how to focus on here and now.Dan call him Socrates.He teaches Dan how to be real ,peaceful, warrior, on the path of life which is more important than goal.One important message is :"Stop gathering informations from outside, go inside, where you will find all what you need." It is worthy to read the book on which is film based - it can change a life.
